Charming Steinkamp Spanish in Crestview

From the 1930’s to 1950’s, developer-builders Elwain Steinkamp and William T. Richardson built lovely middle-class homes in Los Angeles, many of which can be found in the Crestview neighborhood. This home on Holt Avenue happens to be a beautifully preserved example of their work. From the street, the lush garden and the beautiful, arched wooden privacy doors give a hint of the lovely home that awaits within.
