Cornelius Deasy Residence in Studio City

It’s great to come across a property that has a lot of really good things going for it (great “bones”, as they say) and yet could use a little updating, allowing a new owner to turn it into a gem with their own thumbprint on the work. This 3 BR / 2 BA mid-century designed in 1950 by AIA architect Cornelius Deasy as a Neutra study and used as his own family residence is a fine example of such a property. In fact, I would call it a diamond in the rough.
