A Mod-ish Spanish in the Beachwood Canyon

Built in 1925, this Spanish style home in Beachwood Canyon features all the great elements that are true to its heritage, such as coved ceilings, wrought iron, terra cotta tiles and beautiful terraces. But what I really love is that as soon as you walk in, it exudes a snappy, modern vibe that is open and bright with a great flow and is eminently livable. It’s the kind of space that it just feels good to be in. Oh, and by the way, it used to be the home of Jim Morrison. Yeah.
