Vintage Downtown Style in the Douglas Building

We all know that Downtown LA is rising. And with its rebirth, there are many amazing places to live. One of my favorites among them is the Douglas Building on the corner of Spring and 3rd Streets, which has the kind of character that has stood the test of time for 113 years and counting. And, yes, the building is Mills Act approved, which means significant savings on property taxes.
